Visit of Students of the Faculty of Political Science and Law to the OSCE premises in Albania.

In this new academic year, the cycle of visits organized for students of the Faculty of Political Science and Law, to institutions of particular importance that are closely related to their field of studies, began with the OSCE organization.

Students of the Department of Political Science led by lecturer Dr. Mirela Metushaj and students of the Department of Public Administration, led by lecturer Dr. Ikbale Tepelena, had the opportunity today to visit the OSCE premises and hold a meeting with Ambassador Mr. Bruce G. Berton, who holds the position of Acting Head of the OSCE Presence in Albania since June 12, 2023.

The conversation with the Ambassador and the questions posed by the students were about security in the Western Balkans Region, the political situation in Albania, youth migration, conflict prevention and resolution, and the contribution of young people to the prosperity of Albania.

The meeting ended with the wish and invitation for the Ambassador to visit the "Aleksandër Moisiu" University of Durrës for an open lecture before the end of his mission in Albania.
