He knows that the beginning, shaping and development of leadership begins, right, with student life. So he always tries to discover himself, as he aims to become a leader in student life. The student puts his shoulders to the organizations and social life within the university. This makes you a leader.
The UAMD student works tirelessly to develop his leadership qualities, which are not ingrained in his genetic code, but he achieves them through hard work. The UAMD student knows that a good leader must be a good orator. Therefore, every day more and more, he develops himself in this direction.
The UAMD student runs towards success, not as an individual, but as part of a team. Leaving ego aside, he absorbs the strength of being together. He also knows that anyone who moves with the spirit of the team must have tangible results as a goal and work to achieve them. The UAMD student knows very well that in order to serve Albania and make it a better country, he must work with a group spirit.
To develop himself in every field, he competes with the best. He believes that competition acts mercilessly at the local and national levels. He is clear that to be a worthy competitor, he must believe in science, strive, search, work hard and never get tired. The goal of the UAMD student is to be able to overcome boundaries and be equal in knowledge and mindset with his Western peers.
The UAMD student uses his mind when faced with difficulties. He is not satisfied with just looking one step ahead. He assesses the situation by analyzing data from several angles; he takes into account medium-term and long-term assessments, makes plans and makes decisions.

His strength lies in the awareness that it is not enough to have scientific knowledge, but innovations must be produced. The UAMD student thinks carefully before making a decision. He knows very well how to collect and interpret information. He knows that UAMD provides knowledge, but also educates. The reading, sports and computer science clubs welcome new students with open arms.
He embraces the moral values of the geography he lives in. He also knows that in other countries there are different norms, but he recognizes the widely accepted ethical values and takes care to live by them.
The UAMD student knows that without production there is no consumption, without work there is no profit. That is why he has an admirable discipline at work. He does not waste time, but works with a plan and continuity to achieve his goals in life.
Unlike the established culture, which sees sports as a means of entertainment, the UAMD student is aware that “sports are not just a game.” He knows that sports are the most important key to a long, healthy, and productive life.
I also know that sports enable people to be social, communicative, engaged, proactive, creative, take risks, challenge difficulties, be courageous, and adapt to the environment.
The UAMD student is aware of the cultural heritage of Durrës and is happy to study and live alongside these values. The UAMD student is modern and radiates this in society. He enjoys the pleasure of discovering himself, a little bit, every day.
The UAMD student doesn't just look at his own doorstep. He avoids things that could harm the environment and prevents those who want to do so.
