Within the framework of the project “CO2 emissions from port operators and its impact on the Durrës – Porto Romano port complex”, obtained with the support of AKKSHI, in collaboration with the Durres Port Authority the project working group began monitoring CO2 gas in the port premises..
Academic staff from the Faculty of Professional Studies, in collaboration with APD personnel, went out into the field to begin measurements, using equipment owned by the Faculty.
This monitoring will last for a period of approximately 10 months and the data obtained will identify (if any) areas with pollution from this harmful gas in the atmosphere.
