APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR CANDIDATES APPLYING FOR TRANSFER OF STUDIES OR FOR A SECOND STUDY PROGRAM, IN PROFESSIONAL STUDY PROGRAMS, IN FIRST CYCLE STUDY PROGRAMS AND INTEGRATED SECOND CYCLE STUDY PROGRAMS AT THE “ALEKSANDER MOISIU” UNIVERSITY OF DURRA

Candidates who wish to pursue their studies in a second study program or transfer their studies to professional study programs, first-cycle study programs, as well as integrated second-cycle study programs, must apply to the relevant academic secretariat by the date September 2 until September 13, 2023.

Candidates who will apply for study transfer or for a second study program have the right to apply until 5 (five) study programs before the start of the academic year.

 CANDIDATES APPLYING FOR TRANSFER OF STUDIES TO PROFESSIONAL STUDY PROGRAMS, FIRST CYCLE STUDY PROGRAMS AND SECOND CYCLE INTEGRATED STUDY PROGRAMS AT THE “ALEKSANDER MOISIU” UNIVERSITY OF DURRA

The candidate applying for study transfer meets the grade point average criterion determined by decision of the Council of Ministers for the respective academic year in which he/she is registered at the HEI.

The candidate applying for transfer of studies to professional study programs, first-cycle study programs, and second-cycle integrated study programs shall appear in person or through a person authorized by him/her to the relevant academic secretariat and submit the following documentation:

2. The declaration according to Appendix No. 1 which you can find at the link:

3. The complete study program plan including the relevant syllabus. The student transferring studies from a foreign higher education institution submits the complete study program plan, including the relevant syllabus, translated into Albanian and aligned with the original, as well as the list of grades with credits earned for each subject and obligations paid;
4. Certification of the list of grades and credits earned for each subject and obligations paid, which will serve for the equivalence of the grades of the subjects of the study program followed;
5. Certified copies of the State Matura Diploma/high school graduation certificate for candidates who completed high school in the Republic of Albania before 2011;
6. Copy of identification document;

7. Two personal photographs;

CANDIDATES APPLYING FOR A SECOND STUDY PROGRAM IN PROFESSIONAL STUDY PROGRAMS, FIRST CYCLE STUDY PROGRAMS AND SECOND CYCLE INTEGRATED STUDY PROGRAMS AT THE “ALEKSANDER MOISIU” UNIVERSITY OF DURRA

The candidate applying for a second study program in professional study programs, in first-cycle study programs, as well as in integrated second-cycle study programs, appears in person or through a person authorized by him/her at the relevant academic secretariat and submits the following documentation:

2. The declaration according to Appendix No. 1 which you can find at the link:

3. Certified copies of the original diploma and transcript/diploma supplement of previously completed higher education studies;
4. Certification of the list of grades and credits earned for each subject and settled obligations, which will serve for the equivalence of the grades of the subjects of the study program followed (if recognition of settled exams and/or relevant credits is required);
5. Certified copies of the State Matura Diploma/high school graduation certificate for candidates who completed high school in the Republic of Albania before 2011. If candidates do not possess a high school graduation certificate, they must submit a duplicate of the graduation certificate, issued by the directorate of the high school where they completed school and confirmed by the relevant local educational institution responsible for pre-university education (DRAP/ZVAP), or the document issued by the State Archives together with the list of grades;
6. Copy of identification document;
7. Two personal photographs;
