1. To develop practical and theoretical skills to students for effective administration
of public finances, in accordance with the principles of fiscal policies.
2. To provide in-depth knowledge in financial accounting and budget
management, both at the local and central levels, emphasizing
financial planning and control.
3. To train professionals capable of making strategic decisions in the premises
with limited resources, balancing public needs with budgetary
capacitys

analytical, for identifying, assessing and solving challenges in
financial management.
