"Third Mission" of universities, UAMD agreement with CIHEAM

The Rector of "Aleksandër Moisiu" University, Prof. Dr. Kseanela Sotirofski, signed today a cooperation agreement with the "Aldo Moro" University and the International Center for Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies of Bari (CIHEAM), with the aim of strengthening the "Third Mission" of Albanian universities.

This agreement will promote the transfer of knowledge beyond university environments, to further contribute to the social, cultural and economic development of communities. The focus will be on promoting university-industry cooperation, and participation in joint projects, conferences and research activities.

Thanks also to the Italian Ambassador Mr. Fabrizio Bucci for his support and close cooperation in the field of education!
