Welcome! We support students and graduates to identify their interests and strengths, explore a wide range of opportunities, gain experience and clarity about their goals, and empower them to pursue the right career paths.

The Career and Alumni Sector services focus on four main pillars

We offer students information and training training (on the job market situation, professional CV preparation, cover letter writing, soft skills, etc.).
We work closely with students to improve their understanding of their qualities (identifying their strengths and weaknesses, raising awareness of their skills).
We offer students opportunities to the development of competencies theirs (taking into account career management skills).
The natural continuation of these services results in familiarization with employment opportunities employment offers, internships, volunteering.

This Guide will assist students and alumni in the job search and application process. The information and exercises in it will also help them prepare for personalized counseling from UAMD career counselors.

The guide is based on international best practices. Its preparation was made possible thanks to the support of RisiAlbania, a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).
