The purpose of the preparation of the "Physiotherapy" program is to prepare physiotherapist specialists. In the framework of the growth and preparation for the role of physiotherapists in hospital centers, an increase in the professional aspect of the cadres who will work in this honorable and respected profession is required. Based on these needs, students who complete this branch, will not only be able to get employed, but will help the market in filling this vacuum. Physiotherapy graduates, referring to the doctor's diagnosis, with their competences, work out the definition in the rehabilitation program for the patient in a team, autonomously practice therapeutic activities for the functional re-education of motor, psychomotor and cognitive disabilities, using physical therapies, manual, massotherapy, propose the practice of prostheses and aids, train the patient in their use and verify the efficiency, develop activities study and professional consultancy, develop professional activity in public or private hospitals, gym centers, independently.  All courses in the curriculum will use modern learning techniques in teaching, as well as the use of laboratory equipment found in the Department of the Faculty of Professional Studies of UAMD.

At the end of the studies, students acquire the specialty of Physiotherapist. With this degree, they can work in the private and state sector after completing the 3 years of the bachelor's degree and after completing the exam Licensës . With the diploma of Physiotherapist, you can work in the primary, secondary and tertiary medical service. Working on:
