Dr. Reçi graduated in Philosophy, Sociology and Albanian Language and Literature from the University of
Tirana in 1998. She holds a master's and doctorate in European Studies from ISE. Dr. Reçi has
assisted many organizations in the Durrës Region through consulting, training and facilitation of a
variety of projects and activities. Dr. Reçi's extensive experience with local organizations
NGOs and the sector as a whole, have trained them in writing, applying and implementing projects,
identifying partners, adapting plans for implementing projects in an Albanian culture
and bringing an important leadership perspective.
