Pranim dhe regjistrim për transferim studimesh – cikli i parë, Bachelor 2025-2026.

Documents Required for Transfer:

1. Application Form  sipas shtojcës 3 (DOWNLOAD THE DOCUMENT).

2. Declaration: Sipas shtojcës 1, ku studenti pranon të gjitha kushtet e transferimit. (DOWNLOAD DOCUMENT)

3. Complete Study Plan and Relevant Syllabuses:

   • The complete study plan and relevant course syllabi from the previous university must be submitted.

4. Certification of List of Grades and Credits:

   • A certificate containing the list of grades and credits for each subject and obligations paid.

5. Certified Copy of the Original High School Diploma:

   • High school diploma or Matura diploma along with a list of grades.

6. Copy of ID:

   • Copy of the student's identification document.

7. 2 Personal Photo:

   • Two photos of the required size for documents.

8. Payment Mandate:

   • Copy of payment order confirming payment of the transfer fee. (SHKARKO FATURËN)

Necessary Actions

• Siguroni që të gjitha dokumentet të jenë të kompletuara dhe të dorëzohen brenda afateve të përcaktuara në sekretarinë mësimore të fakultetit përkatës, ku po kryeni aplikimin. (1 – 12 Shtator 2025).
• Organize the complete file with all required documents to avoid obstacles during the transfer process.
