🏢The "Aleksandër Moisiu" University of Durrës (UAMD), in the wake of opening up and approaching the labor market, began a long-term collaboration with Gjonaj Group Holdings, through the signing of a cooperation agreement.

📝The agreement was signed by the Rector of UAMD, Prof. Dr. Kseanela Sotirofski and the Chairman of the Board of Gjonaj Group Mr. Marin Gjonaj at the university premises. At the bilateral meeting, the ways of cooperation between GGH and UAMD and the concrete steps to be taken were discussed.

The Rector of the University, Prof. Dr. Kseanela Sotirofski welcomed Gjonaj Group among the partners of the University “Aleksandër Moisiu”. “It is a pleasure for us to open another door of cooperation. We are a university with strong and solid ties with corporations in Albania and the Western Balkan region. UAMD has achieved excellent results in the field of internationalization, which means that our students can work for Albanian corporations that provide international services, as in this case Gjonaj Group”, said Prof. Dr. Sotirofski.

The Chairman of the Board of GGH, Mr. Marin Gjonaj emphasized that this cooperation will bring benefits to students and lecturers and will certainly affect quality and long-term employment at Gjonaj Group. “I am very happy that today we are opening the way for a new cooperation with the “Aleksandër Moisiu” University, where I was once engaged as a lecturer in its early days. We are open to your students, especially excellent ones, to be employed by the companies of our Group. I thank the Rector and UAMD for this opportunity for cooperation with mutual interest,” said Mr. Gjonaj.

📝The signed agreement paves the way for collaborations such as: the free engagement of UAMD students in Gjonaj Group Academy business training; participation in student internships at group companies; and the involvement of UAMD professors in paid market research, when requested by GGH.

👩🏻‍🎓👨🏼‍🎓Following, Mr. Gjonaj held an open conversation and lecture with UAMD students. He spoke to the students about the Albanian labor market, the possibilities of their inclusion in this market, and the provision of national and international services, without the need for them to leave their country, and invited the students to visit Gjonaj Group Holdings and learn more about the opportunities offered.
