The Rector of UAMD, Prof. Dr. Shkëlqim Fortuzi, welcomed today, Mr. Jan Jacob Hilberdink, Director of the Dutch Export Association, representative of 125 Dutch companies with international activity.
During the meeting, Mr. Hilberdink expressed the desire and willingness, on behalf of Dutch companies, to build bridges of cooperation with UAMD, including the establishment of research groups with the participation of academic staff and students, to conduct market studies, micro-strategies, Start-ups, as well as to strengthen economic cooperation and trade opportunities between the Netherlands and Albania through university expertise and research.
The Rector presented the institutional capacities and potential of UAMD for collaborations in support of students and academic staff, respecting the Albanian legal framework and fulfilling the university's mission for development and innovation.
