Online training on “Project Writing”

On December 16/17 and 18, 2025, the online training on "Project Writing" was successfully completed,
organized by the Center for Research and Excellence, in collaboration with the Projects Directorate
and Foreign Relations, offered by the company PMABLE.

Over the three days, the training experts focused extensively on addressing issues such as:
 Introduction to the Project Cycle & Proposal Structure, how an academic idea turns into a
concrete project
 Drafting of Objectives & Indicators (Logical Framework Approach), structure of
project proposals and SMART objectives and indicators
 Practical Budgeting: How to build a professional budget;
 Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

Through real discussions and sharing of experiences, it was found that the contribution to society and
The academy passes through academic staff and professionals, who are the pillars of development,
innovation and long-term change.
