Based on the Strategic Plan on Professional Development of Personnel 2023-2026, approved by the Academic Senate of UAMD, with decision no. 36 dated 7/7/2023, a plan which aims to achieve personal, professional development, training and continuous education of the academic and administrative staff of UAMD, as well as the consolidation of the culture of continuous learning;
The Center for Research, Development and Excellence, in collaboration with the Human Resources and Legal Directorate and the Curriculum and Quality Standards Directorate, held the first training on the topic "The proper functioning of the secretaries of the main units."
The training aimed to increase and develop the capacities of the administrative support staff as well as to identify problems with the aim of improving them in the future. The training was attended by the chief secretaries/secretaries of the main units and the Deputy Deans for the Learning Process of UAMD.
