Call for administrative staff exchanges with the University of Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria

"Aleksandër Moisiu" University of Durres, within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA1 program, offers its administrative staff the opportunity to participate in the International Week organized by Veliko Tarnovo University, Bulgaria.  ( https://www.uni-vt. bg/eng/ ) .

The mobility consists of participation in the International Week for administrative staff organized in English for one week (5 days) at the host university.

Number of quotas:

· 1 (one) for administrative staff.

Type of mobility:

· Training (April 26-30, 2026)

Application deadline: January 25, 2026 .

The winners will be selected by the host University.

Required documentation for academic staff to apply for mobility at the University of Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria:

 – CV according to Europass format in English; (maximum 4 pages)

– Proof of English language proficiency;

– Copy of passport;

– Motivation letter mentioning previous project experiences.

The duration of stay must be 7 days, where 5 days are working days and two days are travel days. 

For this stay, payment is made by the host university in the amount of 140 Euros/day (which includes hotel and accommodation), as well as round-trip travel, up to 275 Euros.
