CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR INTERNSHIP UNDER THE ERASMUS+ PELMOB PROJECT AT THE LUBEL UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY (LUT), POLAND

The call is open to students of the 2-year study program on “Technology
"Automobiles" & "Marine / Land Transport Management" offered by the Department of Sciences
Engineering and Maritime Studies, at the Faculty of Professional Studies, UAMD.
Duration of the internship: 14 (fourteen) days, i.e. 12 days for practice + 2 days for
trip.
Number of winning students: 2 students.
Internship period: Planned March 2-15, 2025/summer semester of the academic year 2024-
2025.
Scholarship amount: €105 per night and €55 for daily supplements, which is for 14 days and 13 nights
is a total of €2,135.00 per student. The amount will be reduced by the applicable tax according to the laws of
Republic of Albania. Students will also receive a one-time travel reimbursement for
actual travel expenses up to a maximum of €196. The costs of compulsory health insurance during the mobility period are not covered by the Erasmus+ programme scholarship, therefore these costs are the responsibility of the students.

Required documentation for application:

1. Application form (attached),
2. Transcript of grades and certificate of enrollment at the Faculty of Professional Studies – issued by the faculty's student services,
3. Motivation letter in English (one page), signed,
4. CV in English (the use of the Europass format is recommended),
5. English language certificate (attached) – signed by an English professor at the faculty,
6. Consent to the collection and processing of personal data,
7. Scanned first page of passport (with photo),
8. Required English language level: minimum B1.
   Note: Incomplete documentation will not be considered.

After selecting students:

• Financial agreements will be signed with the selected candidates.
• Selected candidates will be informed about the planned mobility period by the host university.
• Selected candidates will be required to submit the following documentation upon completion of the mobility:
  • Accommodation invoice,
  • Transport invoices and tickets,
  • Certification from the host institution for completion of the internship.

Upon successful completion of the internship, students will be provided with a mobility certificate issued by the host institution.
