Archiving of Documentation at UAMD

The archiving of documentations at UAMD is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 9154, dated 06.11.2003 "On Archives," the technical-professional and methodological standards of the archival service in the Republic of Albania, the Unified Regulation on the handling of documents in public authorities in the Republic of Albania, and in compliance with the internal regulation "On the Archiving and Circulation of Internal Documentation at the University 'Aleksandër Moisiu' Durrës."
According to the regulation, the types of documents are classified as written and electronic. External correspondence of the university is conducted only through official letters. Internal correspondence within the Rectorate, as well as between the Rectorate and the Main Units, is done through letters or memos. Internal communication with sectors and directorates is carried out through written and electronic memos. Documents that leave UAMD and its Faculties are recorded in the delivery book. The management of incoming documents and the deadlines for handling correspondence are in accordance with the procedures and deadlines specified in the regulation for the archiving and circulation of internal documentation at UAMD.
