Doctorate in "Economic Sciences", for the academic year 2023-2024, Faculty of Business
announces applications for doctoral students as follows:
A. CRITERIA THAT THE CANDIDATE MUST FULFILL TO BE INVOLVED IN
DOCTORATE PROGRAM IN ECONOMIC SCIENCES IN
FACULTY OF BUSINESS
1. The applicant for the Doctorate in Economic Sciences study program must have
completed Bachelor and Master of Science studies in the field of economics or
rough fields.
2. Have high results in each of the first and second cycle studies.
3. In cases where the applicant has completed his studies at a foreign university, the diploma must
be counted by MAS.
4. The applicant must have in-depth theoretical knowledge in the relevant Science profile.

5. Candidates who demonstrate the skills are preferred;
a. Creative thinking;
b. Developing a critical sense related to the field of research;
c. Connections between different fields of research;
d. Developed skills for solving problems that arise during research work;
e. Competence to manage the complexity of research and to propose ideas
new in the field of research;
6. The candidate must know one of the five foreign languages of the European Union: English,
French, German, Italian, Spanish, certified through recognized tests
internationally in accordance with the relevant instruction of the Ministry responsible for
education. If the candidate has obtained a diploma from a study program completed in one of these languages, the diploma obtained serves as evidence of fulfilling this criterion, Law

7. Candidates compete with a proposal for an individual scientific research project.

8. The candidate demonstrates sufficient dedication and motivation in carrying out the work
scientific research of the Doctorate in Economic Sciences proven through the plan

9. The candidate is recommended to pursue the Doctorate program by professors who
recognize the candidate's academic and scientific research experience.
10. The candidate must have scientific research work in one of the following fields:

11. The candidate must have at least two years of work experience in a higher education institution or in a related institution.

B. WHO CAN APPLY TO THE DOCTORAL PROGRAM
Based on the regulation of the study program, the announced priorities are:
Academic staff employed in:
a) Faculty of Business and other Faculties of UAMD.
b) Faculties of other public and non-public universities.
Employees of public and non-public institutions and organizations, who are involved in
basic or applied research, whose activity is related to the areas of research
basic units of the Faculty of Business according to the determinations of the decision of the committee of
Permanent for the award of the scientific degree of doctor.
C. APPLICATION DOCUMENTATION
The application file must contain the following documentation and is accepted under the following conditions:

Candidate's request addressed to the department where the manager is attached.
The candidate's CV along with his/her publications, which must be documented.
Notarized copy of the diploma/diplomas in hand, together with
grade supplement.
Photocopy of ID card/passport.
Two photographs
Two recommendations from academic staff with titles
Proof of foreign language proficiency (notarized copy) according to the provisions of the law
for higher education.
Project proposal for doctoral studies in accordance with the approved projects
Prior approval of the leader
Student's personal declaration on covering the costs of the study program
of the doctorate.
Certificate from the work center confirming that the candidate is a research staff in a
basic or applied research institution.
Payment order for the competition application fee, of ALL 3000.
