🔗The Rector of the "Aleksandër Moisiu" University of Durrës, Prof. Dr. Shkëlqim Fortuzi, received on February 21, 2025, in a courtesy meeting His Excellency Skënder Durmishi, Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo.
🤝The meeting focused on strengthening academic cooperation and connections between higher education institutions in the region.

✳️During the conversation, possibilities for partnerships with public and private universities in Kosovo were discussed, with a focus on joint educational and scientific projects.
▶️Rector Fortuzi proposed the creation of a mobility program within Albanian universities to promote academic exchanges and strengthen institutional relations.

💬Sh.T.Z. Durmishi praised the role of the "Aleksandër Moisiu" University and expressed his willingness to support initiatives that strengthen inter-university cooperation. Both parties emphasized the importance of developing an expanded inter-Albanian program, in the spirit of Erasmus+, to increase academic quality and further integrate institutions into European higher education networks.
