Transfer Process of Studies in First Cycle Programs (Bachelor) for the Academic Year 2024/2025 – Dates: 2 and 13 September 2024

Documents Required for Transfer:

1. Application Form:

   • Must be completed according to Appendix 3 (DOWNLOAD THE DOCUMENT).

2. Declaration:

   • Completed according to Appendix 1, where the student accepts all transfer conditions. (DOWNLOAD DOCUMENT)

3. Complete Study Plan and Relevant Syllabuses:

   • The complete study plan and relevant course syllabi from the previous university must be submitted.

4. Certification of List of Grades and Credits:

   • A certificate containing the list of grades and credits for each subject and obligations paid.

5. Certified Copy of the Original High School Diploma:

   • High school diploma or Matura diploma along with a list of grades.

6. Copy of ID:

   • Copy of the student's identification document.

7. 2 Personal Photo:

   • Two photos of the required size for documents.

8. Payment Mandate:

   • Copy of payment order confirming payment of the transfer fee. (SHKARKO FATURËN)

Necessary Actions

• Ensure that all documents are complete and submitted within the specified deadlines (September 2 and 13, 2024).
