Application Process for the Second Study Program in the First Cycle Programs (Bachelor) for the Academic Year 2024/2025 - DATES: September 2 and 13, 2024

Required Documents :

1. Application Form:

   • Must be completed according to Appendix 3 (DOWNLOAD THE DOCUMENT).

2. Declaration:

   • Completed according to Appendix 1, where the student accepts all conditions. (DOWNLOAD DOCUMENT)

3. Certified Copy of Diploma and Transcript of Records/Diploma Supplement of Previously Completed Higher Education Studies:

   • Certified copy of the diploma of previous higher studies and the list of grades or diploma supplement.

4. Certification of the List of Grades and Credits Earned for Each Subject:

   • Certificate containing the list of grades and credits earned for each subject and obligations paid in previous studies

5. Certified Copy of the Original High School Diploma:

   • High school diploma or Matura diploma along with a list of grades.

6. Copy of ID:

   • Copy of the student's identification document.

7. 2 Personal Photo:

   • Two photos of the required size for documents.

8. Payment Mandate:

   • Copy of payment order confirming payment of the transfer fee. (SHKARKO FATURËN)

• Ensure that all documents are complete and submitted within the specified deadlines (September 2 and 13, 2024).
