Procedures/Mechanisms for Providing Opinions Regarding the Process of Drafting Legal/Sub-Legal Acts, Public Policies or the Exercise of Public Authority Functions
In accordance with Law No. 146/2014 “On Public Notification and Consultation”, “Aleksandër Moisiu” University of Durrës guarantees transparency and the involvement of interested parties in the process of drafting legal and sub-legal acts, as well as in the formulation of public policies related to the exercise of public authority functions.
At the “Aleksandër Moisiu” University of Durrës, the drafting of bylaws is carried out in accordance with the academic rights and freedoms of the basic and main units (departments and faculties), in reference to Law No. 80/2015 “On Higher Education and Scientific Research in Higher Education Institutions in the Republic of Albania”.
Proposals for bylaws are reviewed and approved by the Academic Senate and the Board of Administration, in accordance with the competencies defined in the applicable legislation and the internal acts of the university.
