“Prospects for building infrastructure capacity in freight corridors in the EU-Ukraine border area” 

Within the framework of the cooperation that "Alexander Moisiu" University has with WSB University in Poland, a call for registration is opened for participation in the International Conference on the topic "Prospects of building infrastructure capacity in freight corridors in the EU-Ukraine border area" organized within the framework of the project "Increasing the capacity of freight transportation infrastructure on EU-Ukraine borders" (№ 22220189) in a hybrid format on November 13-14, 2023 in Dąbrowa Górnicza, Poland.

The purpose of the International Conference is to discuss and exchange views on issues related to building infrastructure capacities in freight corridors in the EU-Ukraine border area.

Conference topics:
– Development of border infrastructure in the EU-Ukraine areas in the conditions of modern challenges;
– Development of logistics routes for the transport of goods;
-EU transport policy in the field of intermodal/combined transport: implementation difficulties and benefits. Current Ukrainian legislation in this area;
– Development of TEN-T corridors: past and ongoing projects;
– Green technologies and innovations in freight transport;
– Development of cross-border cooperation between EU countries and Ukraine in the context of granting Ukraine candidate status for EU membership.
