A new laboratory, a contribution of the project "Inclusive Tertiary Education in the West Balkans (IDEA)" and funded by the Erasmus+ programs of the European Union, has been inaugurated on the premises of the Faculty of Education of the "Aleksandër Moisiu" University, Durrës.

👉This laboratory was conceived and built to enable all UAMD students with disabilities to receive the best and most up-to-date education through modern equipment.

Also present at this inauguration was the Rector of the "Aleksandër Moisiu" University of Durrës, Prof. Dr. Kseanela Sotirofski, who emphasized that all students without exception, and above all those with disabilities, are in the permanent attention of the academic and administrative staff of UAMD.
"It is our duty to assist every student who chooses to be educated in the auditoriums of our university and to guarantee the best conditions!" she said.

The Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Klodiana Leka, welcomed the opening of this laboratory, which serves not only the students of this faculty but all students at the university level.

The IDEA project aims to improve access and learning environments for students with special needs and those with learning difficulties. This project involves 13 higher education institutions from Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Greece, the Czech Republic and Ireland.
