Program Description
The second cycle Professional Master's study program in "Applied Computer Science" offers an interdisciplinary curriculum. The main goal of the program is to prepare students at a professional level with new knowledge in: programming, application implementation, communication, database management, software development, website development, etc. The study program is designed and implemented based on the best experience of national and international universities, as well as on the best practices defined in the framework of the Bologna Process. Students who graduate in the Professional Master are prepared to continue their careers in a wide range of specialties in the field of Programming and Application Implementation, among which the most important ones can be mentioned: Programming Languages (C, C++, JAVA); Development and management of Web pages (HTML, JavaScript, PHP, XML); Multimedia Systems; Creation, Management and administration of databases; Software Development; Management information systems (MIS).

Students should choose this study program, as it is a branch that integrates technological tools and developments with the job market. Graduates have the opportunity to apply the knowledge in a professional aspect. They also have the opportunity to specialize in building and maintaining Web pages, managing databases, implementing Internet applications for e-commerce, etc. These courses also serve as an impetus to guide students towards certifications in this field.
