Program Description

The Professional Master Program in “Business Management” is designed for students who have graduated from the First Cycle (Bachelor) and who aim to gain specialized and professional knowledge in business management. The program lasts 1 academic year (2 semesters) and offers 60 ECTS credits..

The program emphasizes the vision of the organization as a system, analyzing the relationships between its organizational parts and the connections with the external environment. It helps students develop skills to analyze the current state of the organization and identify appropriate strategies to achieve desired objectives.

The program is organized into five subject categories:

    1. Basic Subject (5 credits): Methodological preparation and general culture.
    2. Characteristic Subject (21 credits): Specific preparation for the scientific discipline of business management.
    3. Interdisciplinary/Integrative Subjects (18 credits): Other similar disciplines, profiles and electives.
    4. Supplementary Subjects (6 credits): Professional internship.
    5. Closing Obligations (10 credits): Microthesis and final projects.
