Applications for second cycle study programs open

FOR ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THE “ALEKSANDER MOISIU” UNIVERSITY OF DURRA ANNOUNCES THAT THE APPLICATION PROCESS OF CANDIDATES HAS BEGUN

FOR THE SECOND CYCLE OF “PROFESSIONAL MASTER” STUDIES AND

“MASTER I SHKENCAVE”.

Candidates who are eligible to apply for the second cycle "Professional Master" and "Master of Science" programs are those who:

– Have successfully completed their studies and have been awarded the relevant diploma valid in the Republic of Albania, in a first cycle program, which is licensed at the time of the student's registration and accredited before the student's graduation, or

– Have graduated abroad from a higher education institution or other authorized foreign institution, accredited, for an accredited first-cycle study program. In case of admission, the candidate is obliged to have the diploma recognized and validated by the QSHA.

The candidate appears in person or through a person authorized by him/her and submits the following documentation:

1. a) Diploma and transcript/diploma supplement, or a certified copy thereof, of the first cycle of studies completed in the Republic of Albania. Diploma of the first cycle of studies completed abroad, accompanied by a certified copy of the diploma, or, in its absence, of another official document on the basis of which recognition and recognition was carried out in the Republic of Albania, issued in the country where the studies were completed, which allows registration and continuation of second cycle studies. Candidates who have not completed the process of recognition and recognition of the diploma, present the certificate that they have applied to the QSHA for recognition and recognition;

5. f) Proof of knowledge of the Albanian language, issued by the responsible structures, only for foreign citizens who enroll in a study program conducted in the Albanian language;
6. g) Candidates of special categories, in addition to the documents required above, must submit additional documents:
7. The candidate with the status of a person with a disability must also submit a certified copy of the original of the blind person's booklet issued by the State Social Service or a notarized copy of the decision of the KMCAP.
8. The candidate with orphan status must also submit a certified copy of the original of the document certifying orphan status issued by the State Social Service.

iii. The candidate from the Roma or Egyptian minority must also submit a self-declaration or a document proving that he or she belongs to this minority.
