On March 20, 2024, at the Faculty of Business premises, the Department of Management held a seminar to present the research findings of the project "Eco-hotels as a model of environmental responsibility and innovation in the hospitality industry", supported by the National Agency for Scientific Research and Innovation.
The project's research team: Prof. Dr. Ermira Qosja, PhD Denada Lica and Dr. Silvana Gashi presented the findings of the research focused on three study samples: tourists, managers of accommodation structures and tourism sector interest groups.
The Dean of the Faculty of Business, Prof. Shkëlqim Fortuzi, and the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Durrës, Mr. Artan Luku, welcomed the activity, stating that undertaking such studies is in the interest of developing tourism and strengthening scientific research, the third mission of the university.
