Application Documentation for Professional Master and Master of Science Programs, Academic Year 2022-2023

"Aleksandër Moisiu" University in Durrës informs all those interested in applying for a Professional Master or Master of Science that they must appear in person, or through a person authorized by them, to submit the following documentation to the secretaries of the respective faculties:

1. Diploma, or a photocopy of it, certified with the original, of the first cycle of studies completed in the Republic of Albania. Diploma of the first cycle of studies completed abroad, accompanied by a photocopy of the diploma certified with the original, or, in its absence, of another official document on the basis of which the certification was carried out in the Republic of Albania, issued in the country where the studies were completed, which allows the registration and continuation of university studies in the relevant country.
2. State Matura Diploma together with the certificate of grades or their photocopies certified with the original (notarized), confirmed by (DAR/ZA). Candidates who have completed High School before decision no. 876, dated 03.11.2010 submit the Maturity Certificate (original or notarized and confirmed by DAR/ZA). If there is no maturity certificate, submit a duplicate issued by the High School Directorate confirmed by DAR/ZA, or the document issued by the State Archives together with the list of grades.

Additional documentation for foreign citizens only:

1. a) proof of knowledge of the Albanian language, obtained at the Faculty of History and Philology of the University of Tirana (in cases when enrolled in a study program conducted in the Albanian language), as well as other languages ​​known to the candidate. Foreign citizens who have Albanian nationality and have very good knowledge of the Albanian language may bring any document from their country of origin that proves knowledge of the Albanian language. Foreign citizens who have completed a cycle/study program in the Albanian language at higher education institutions in Albania are exempt from this obligation.

Important dates:

• In September 20, 2022the application process begins by date October 18, 2022.
• In November 03, 2022the lists of winning applicants are displayed.
• Candidates have the right to appeal to the HEI, within three calendar days from the day of the announcement of the results.
• The HEI is obliged to issue a reasoned decision regarding the complaint within two working days from the date of submission of the complaint.
• In November 17, 2022 the final registration of winning applicants takes place.
• In November 19, 2022the list of names of registered candidates is announced in visible areas.
