The Department of Marketing was established in the academic year 2009-2010 as part of the Faculty of Business at the “Aleksandër Moisiu” University of Durrës. In line with the philosophy “Student at the Center of Attention,” the department aims to provide a fully student-oriented environment. Every learning process, service, activity and resource is made available exclusively to serve the needs and development of students.

Staff:
Prof.As.Elton Noti graduated in “Tourism Business Administration” in 2002, at the Public University “Alexandër”, in Thessaloniki, Greece. In 2007, he successfully completed his Master of Science in “Marketing”, at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics. During 2014, he received the “Doctor of Science” degree at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics, defending his dissertation in the field of information technology and tourism marketing. Following his scientific research work and academic qualification, during 2016, he received the academic title “Associate Professor”.
Prof.As.Elton Noti has been employed full-time at the “Aleksandër Moisiu” University during 2015, as a lecturer in the subjects Marketing Strategy, International Marketing and Promotion. He is a co-author of the textbook “Integrated Marketing Communication”, published during 2017. Since October 2017, he has also held the position of Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at the “Aleksandër Moisiu” University, Durrës. Since 2004, he has been engaged in teaching as a part-time lecturer in the fields of marketing and tourism, at the Universities of Tirana, Vlora, etc. He has a professional experience of nearly 13 years in public administration, in the field of tourism. During this time, he has contributed to the drafting of strategic policies for tourism development, the legal framework, and has participated in several projects in collaboration with national and international partners such as: World Tourism Organization, UNDP, GIZ, OSCE, Council of Europe, etc.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Azeta Tartaraj is a full-time lecturer at the Department of Marketing of the Faculty of Business at the "Aleksandër Moisiu" University of Durrës, since 2008 in the subjects Marketing Basics, Marketing Direction, Promotion, Marketing Strategy, Publicity.
Integrated First Level Diploma (1992) and Master of Science at the University of Tirana (2006). Doctorate at UAMD in the field of Marketing with Dissertation Thesis “Territorial Marketing and Social Cohesion”. In 2014, he received the title of Associate Professor. Active participation in dozens of national and international Scientific Conferences, scientific articles, some of which have an impact factor. Covers the fields of Marketing Basics, Marketing Direction, Promotion, Marketing Strategy, Publicity.
Prof. Assoc. Dr. Blerim Kola has been a lecturer since 2008 in the Department of Marketing at the Faculty of Business, “Aleksandër Moisiu” University of Durrës, where he covers subjects such as Services Marketing, International Marketing, Advanced Marketing, Marketing Direction, Marketing Basics, Tourism Marketing, Public Goods Marketing, International Business, Price Policy, Sustainable Tourism, Consumer Marketing, etc. He holds the title of Associate Professor since 2016 and has completed the Third Cycle of Doctoral Studies at “Aleksandër Moisiu” University, Faculty of Business, in the field of Marketing with the topic “Marketing of Handicraft Products”. He has also completed the Second Level Integrated Master in Marketing at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana in collaboration with the University of Nebraska, USA, as well as DIND in the field of Media Marketing, Department of Journalism, University of Tirana
Previously, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Blerim Kola has completed a series of academic trainings in Budapest and Strasbourg and has also had work experience at the BBC (New Media) in London.
Research areas include International Marketing, Services Marketing, and Digital Marketing.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Blerim Kola is the author of several lecture series and many publications in international scientific journals as well as a participant in many national, regional and international conferences.
Dr. Edlira Llazo is a lecturer in the Department of Marketing at the “Aleksandër Moisiu” University, Durrës. She holds a degree from the “F.S. Noli” University (Integrated Diploma in Management), from ISSAT (Second Level Master in Finance-Accounting) and “Master of Business Administration, Concentration on Finance-Accounting”, from the “University of Bussines and International Studies”, Geneva and the Agricultural University of Tirana (PhD in Marketing).
Previously, he/she held the position of Specialist at the Savings Bank, Specialist at the Coordination-Development Office at the Prefect's Institution, Durrës.
Dr. Edlira Llazo is the author/author and co-author of several texts such as Marketing Basics, Marketing Direction, and Advanced Marketing and more than 13 publications in international scientific journals in various countries such as Italy, Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, England, USA and more than 15 regional, national and international conferences.
Her publications include, among others, “Labeling of Agri-food Products in Albanian Agriculture Context” (2017), “The attitudes of entrepreneurs and managers regarding the information technology in Albanian tourism enterprises” (2016), “Customer Attitudes towards Short Food Supply Chain in Albania” (2014), “Small Scale Farming and Agricultural Product Marketing in Albania” (2013), “The Estimation of the Alternatives that Improve the System of Trade of Agricultural products in Albania” (2013) Accounting, Investment, Business Analysis and Evaluation, etc.
Dr. Eldian Balla is a lecturer in the Department of Marketing at “Aleksandër Moisiu” University, Durrës. He holds a degree from the Agricultural University of Tirana (BSc in Agribusiness), from the University of Tirana (Master of Science in Marketing) and the “Aleksandër Moisiu” University, Durrës (PhD in Marketing).
Previously he held the position of Sales and Marketing Manager at EHW Gmbh. Sales and Marketing Manager at OPEL-NOSHI. Credit Analyst at ProCredit Bank.
Dr. Eldian Balla is the author and co-author of the text Marketing Metrics and Marketing Research; as well as more than 10 publications in scientific journals and regional, national and international conferences. Some of the publications are;

Dr. Violeta NEZA is a lecturer in the Department of Marketing at “Aleksandër Moisiu” University, Durrës. She holds a DND degree from the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana, from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics (Master in AP) and the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics (PhD in Marketing).
Previously, she held the position of Director at the Durrës Residential Development Center and Head of the Benefits Branch at DRSSH Durrës.
Dr. NEZA is the author and co-author of more than 22 (twenty-two) publications in scientific journals and regional, national and international conferences.

Dr. Ariola Harizi, has completed her higher studies in the field of Management at the Faculty of Integrated Studies with Practice, FASTIP, “Aleksandër Moisiu” University in 2013. In 2015, she received the MSc Degree in the “Executive Management” branch, at Luarasi University, Faculty of Economics, Tirana. In 2017, she is pursuing the Master in Executive Event Management, in Milan, Italy. Since 2021, she holds the title of Doctor of Science, in the field of Marketing, in Slovakia. Her teaching experience dates back to 2016, as a part-time lecturer in the field of marketing and since 2018 as a full-time Lecturer, at the Department of Marketing, at the Faculty of Business, UAMD. She also has 4 years of work experience in public and private administration, in the tax and finance sectors. Covers the fields of Integrated Marketing Communication, Marketing Basics, Digital Marketing. Has a large number of trainings and specializations in the field of Digital Marketing Certified abroad. Active participation in many national and international Scientific Conferences, domestic and foreign projects, publisher of several scientific articles with impact factors and author of several books with international collaborators.
Dr. Vaeld Zhezha is a lecturer in the Department of Marketing at “Aleksandër Moisiu” University, Durrës since 2019. He holds a degree from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest Romania (Bachelor in Business Management, Project Management Profile), from U.F.O University (Postmaster Diploma in Administrative Sciences) and from the Institute of European Studies, University of Tirana (PhD in the Field of Competition with dissertation topic “Competition Policies in the European Union”). He currently holds the position of full-time Lecturer in the Department of Marketing at the Faculty of Business.
Dr. Vaeld Zhezha is the author of many publications in scientific journals and regional, national and international conferences, of which 2 of them have an impact factor. All these publications and references, national and international, such as in: USA, Italy, Hungary, Greece, Romania, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo, etc. He is also a co-author in several publications and reprints of academic texts. He covers the fields of Marketing, E-Marketing, Competition, Digital Marketing, Advanced Marketing. Dr. Kand. Taulant Kullolli has been a lecturer in the Department of Marketing at "Aleksandër Moisiu" University, Durrës since 2015.
Dr. Kand. Taulant Kullolli completed his Master's studies in 2014, in the Communication in Tourism and International Trade branch, at the Faculty of Business Administration, at the University of Verona, Italy, where he also completed his first cycle studies in 2011 in the Language and Culture for Tourism Administration branch. He is currently pursuing his Doctoral studies at the Aleksandër Moisiu University of Durrës, with the topic entitled "Analysis of price management techniques in the tourism sector". Dr. Kand. Taulant Kullolli has several years of work experience in several prestigious national and international companies in the field of sales (Metro Italia Cash & Carry, Fondazione Arena di Verona, Pascucci Caffè) and has participated in several training programs in the field of communication and administration of ‘corporate governance' in Italy and Germany. He knows Italian, English, Spanish at an advanced level and French and German at an intermediate level.
Dr. Kand. Taulant Kullolli is the author of many national and international scientific papers listed in prestigious journals with Impact Factor and in Scopus. He has also participated in many academic scientific papers and in various national and international conferences.
His areas of expertise include marketing, digital marketing, marketing analytics, and marketing communications.
Dr. (c) . Erjonilda Hasrama is a lecturer at the Department of Marketing at “Aleksandër Moisiu” University, Durrës and teaches courses in Consumer Behavior and Principles of Marketing. She is a reliable, effective and efficient teacher with proven expertise in transferring professional knowledge to students, preparing them competitively for further education and the challenges of life in the 21st century. Erjonilda has in-depth knowledge of all marketing issues; and a professional experience in, e-marketing and public relations in the private sector, non-governmental organizations and the public sector as well. Erjonilda is active in research and has over 10 publications in international conferences and academic journals in the fields of advertising, consumer behavior and e-marketing. In addition, she is pursuing her doctoral studies on the topic: “Increasing OBA Acceptance through Data-Based Advertising: The Impact of User Awareness on Online Privacy. The implication of the case of Albania”. She contributes fully to the University by taking on key roles and serves on University working groups or conference organizing committees as needed. Main topics of interest: Digital marketing trends and tools, Communication strategies, consumer behavior analysis, marketing analytics.
