CAPACITY BUILDING TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY SESSIONS FOR MANAGEMENT STAFF- STAND

On 14.09.2023, from 09:30 to 13:30, at the premises of the “Aleksandër Moisiu” University of Durrës, the training “CAPACITY BUILDING TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY SESSIONS FOR MANAGEMENT STAFF” was held within the framework of the STAND Project. During this period, capacity building training and consultation sessions dedicated to the administrative staff of higher education institutions were organized. This activity aimed to develop managerial skills, increase efficiency in decision-making processes and improve strategic approaches to meet institutional objectives. The trainings and consultations provided guidance on best practices in higher education management and institutional strengthening.
