Application Procedures for Candidates with Special Status at UAMD

Candidate Categories:

  1. Candidates from the Republic of Kosovo of Albanian Origin.
  2. Candidates from North Macedonia, Montenegro, Presheva, Medveđa, and Bujanovac of Albanian Origin.
  3. Candidates with Limited Status:
    • Those limited by health or other specific situations.
  4. Candidates with Orphan Status:
    • Candidates who are orphans and have specific benefits.
  5. Roma and Egyptian Minority Candidates:
    • For candidates belonging to these minorities.

Programs Offered:

  • First Cycle Bachelor:
    • Various first-cycle programs, which may be professional or academic in nature.
  • Second Cycle Studies at UAMD:
    • Second cycle programs offered by UAMD.

Application Dates:

  • September 2 – 13:
    • Application for study programs where the respective quotas have been determined for each candidate according to their category.

Application Criteria:

  1. Completion of Secondary/Higher Education:

    • Candidates must have successfully completed secondary/higher education.
  2. Average Grade:

    • Candidates must meet the grade point average criteria set out in the Council of Ministers for the 2024-2025 academic year.
  3. Additional Admission Criteria from UAMD:

    • Candidates must meet additional admission criteria established by UAMD for the study programs they are applying to.
  4. Payment of the Application Fee:

    • Candidates must pay the application fee for each study program (up to 10 study programs).
  5. Application Submission:

    • The application must be sent to the academic secretariat by mail or deposited in the UAMD protocol office.

Required Documents for Application:

  1. Application Form according to Annex No. 2:

  2. Copy of the Equivalent Diploma with the List of Grades:

    • Certified copy of secondary or higher education diploma and list of relevant grades.
  3. Copy of ID:

    • Copy of the candidate's identification document.
  4. Personal Photo:

    • Two photos of the required size for documents.
  5. Copy of Payment Order:

    • Copy of payment order confirming payment of the application fee.

Additional Documents by Status:

  1. Candidates with Disabled Status:

    • They must submit a copy of the document issued by the Medical Commission for the Determination of Work Ability (KMCAP).
  2. Candidates with Orphan Status:

    • They must submit a certified copy of the original of the document certifying orphan status, issued by the State Social Service.
  3. Candidates from Roma or Egyptian Minorities:

    • They must submit a self-declaration or a document proving their affiliation with these minorities.

Registration Deadlines and Procedures:

  • Candidate Registration: 2 – 13 September
    • Candidates must register for the selected program within these dates.
