Application for the Second Cycle of Study (Master) for the Academic Year 2024-2025

Application Deadline:

• Deadline for submitting applications is October 4, 2024.
• Application must be done at the teaching secretariat.

I. Application for a Second Cycle (Master) Program

Application Criteria:

1. Candidates who have successfully completed their bachelor's degree:
   • They must have successfully completed their first cycle studies and be equipped with the relevant diploma in a first cycle study program.
2. Candidates who graduated abroad:
   • Candidates who graduated abroad must have completed their studies at an authorized and accredited foreign higher education institution, in a first-cycle program.

Required Documentation for Application:

1. Diploma and List of Grades/Diploma Supplement:

   • Diploma and transcript or first-cycle diploma supplement, or a certified copy of the original.
   • If the documents are not yet completed, a certified copy of the original or a certificate from the relevant university must be submitted.

2. Notarized High School Diploma or Maturity Certificate and Grade List.

3. Application Form according to Annex 2:

   • Specific application form to be completed. (DOWNLOAD DOCUMENT)

4. Declaration according to Annex 1:

   • Declaration to be submitted according to UAMD requirements. (DOWNLOAD DOCUMENT)

5. Copy of ID:

   • Copy of the candidate's identification document.

6. Personal Photo:

   • Two photos of the required size for documents.

II. Application for Transfer to the Second Cycle of Studies (Master)

Required Documentation for Transfer:

1. Diploma and List of Grades/Diploma Supplement:

   • Certified copy of the diploma and list of grades from the Bachelor's program.
   • Certified copy of the diploma and list of grades from the first Master's program (if the candidate has previously completed a Master's).

2. Diploma and List of Grades from Matura:

   • Certified copy of the state high school diploma and notarized list of grades.

3. Application Form according to Annex 3:

   • Specific application form to be completed. (DOWNLOAD DOCUMENT)

4. Copy of ID:

   • Copy of the candidate's identification document.

5. Personal Photo:

   • Two photos of the required size for documents.

6. Declaration according to Annex 1:

   • Declaration to be submitted according to UAMD requirements.(DOWNLOAD DOCUMENT)

7. Original Deregistration Document from the Higher Education Institution (HEI) from which the student is transferring:

   • The document must contain the following information:
     • Name, patronymic, surname.
     • Date of birth and place of birth.
     • Citizenship.
     • First and second cycle program matriculation number.
     • Faculty and name of the HEI where the student completed their studies and from where they are transferring.
     • Name of the first and second cycle program and form of study.
     • Date of enrollment in the study program offered by the HEI from which the transfer is made.
     • The complete plan of the study program from where it is being transferred.
     • Certification of the list of grades and credits earned for each subject and obligations paid.

III. Application for a Second Study Program in the Second Cycle (Master)

Required Documentation for Application:

1. Diploma and Unified List of Grades:

   • Certified copy of the diploma and list of grades from the Bachelor's program.
   • Certified copy of the diploma and list of grades from the first Master's program (if the candidate has previously completed a Master's).

2. Diploma and List of Grades from Matura:

   • Certified copy of the state high school diploma and notarized list of grades.

3. Application Form according to Annex 3:

   • Specific application form to be completed.(DOWNLOAD DOCUMENT)

4. Copy of ID:

   • Copy of the candidate's identification document.

5. Personal Photo:

   • Two photos of the required size for documents.

6. Declaration according to Annex 1:

   • Declaration to be submitted according to UAMD requirements.(DOWNLOAD DOCUMENT)

7. Full Master's Program Plan:

   • The complete Master's program plan, including the list of grades and the relevant syllabuses for each course.

8. Certification of List of Grades and Credits Earned:

   • Certification of the list of grades and credits earned for each course and obligations paid from the first Master's program.
