Biografi

Hello, I am Xhensila Lluka. Graduated in civil law at the Faculty of Law (2010–2015)…..but my passion for education led me towards a second academic path. Kam përfunduar studimet Bachelor në Arsim Parashkollor dhe më pas Masterin Shkencor në Menaxhim dhe Supervizim Institucionesh Arsimore pranë Universitetit “Aleksandër Moisiu” të Durrësit (2019–2024). Gjatë gjithë formimit tim në UAMD kam qenë një studente ekselente, periudhë që jo vetëm më pajisi me njohuri të thelluara, por edhe më ndihmoi të formësoj identitetin tim profesional si edukatore dhe menaxhere në arsim.

I have participated in national and international conferences, where I have shared practices and experiences for the development of early education and the improvement of assessment methods. I lead with dedication a private preschool institution that is developed according to the standards of the Ministry of Education and the contemporary needs of children. I am also part of the part-time academic staff at the Faculty of Education at UAMD – a valuable opportunity to contribute to the formation of the next generation of teachers and to further pursue doctoral studies in the field of pedagogy. I firmly believe that education is the most precious gift we can give to a community, which is why I have contributed to enriching my city’s library with contemporary literature for young people.

  • Studies at the “Aleksandër Moisiu” University of Durrës have been a turning point in my career. They have equipped me not only with theoretical knowledge and contemporary practices in the field of early childhood education and educational management, but also with the ability to think critically and act strategically. The constant help and inspiration from the professors of the Department of Pedagogy have given me the confidence to make important decisions in the management of my institution and to build an educational culture based on values, dedication and quality. Through this training, I have gained the confidence to contribute to university education and to embark on the path of scientific research. UAMD did not just give me a diploma – it gave me the voice, the confidence and the vision to build a career with a real impact on the lives of children and the future of education in our country.

A message for current students and graduates who are considering continuing their studies at UAMD.

  • To all the students who are part of UAMD today – and to those who are thinking of becoming one tomorrow: Choosing to study at UAMD is not just a university choice. It is a decision that can change your life. In the auditoriums of this university I found knowledge, passion and most importantly – people who support you with their hearts. Teachers who do not see you simply as a student, but as a growing professional. A community that pushes you to think differently, to dare more and to build your future on strong foundations. At UAMD I formed my vision. I learned how to manage an educational institution, how to educate with heart, how to lead with values ​​and to really contribute to society. UAMD is an open door for all those who are not just looking for a degree, but a path to become skilled professionals, engaged citizens and people who leave a mark. Do not hesitate to become part of this journey. You are not alone here – you are in the right place to discover yourself and build a meaningful future.
