Biografi

I pursued my second cycle studies at the same university, in the Master of Science program "Private Law", which I completed with excellent results in 2016.

After completing my master's studies, I successfully attended the National School of Law, earning the right to practice law and holding the title "Lawyer".

In 2021, I graduated from Linköping University in Sweden, in the international program with a focus on "Sustainable e-Government for a democratic, sustainable and innovative public administration", thus expanding my field of expertise with dimensions of modern governance and the digitalization of public administration.

I am the winner of the competition at the School of Magistrates for the "Legal Assistant" profile, for the academic year 2023–2024. In parallel, since 2023, I have been pursuing my third cycle (doctorate) studies at the Faculty of Political and Legal Sciences, at the "Aleksandër Moisiu" University of Durrës, with a focus on law and public governance.

I am the author and co-author of scientific papers presented at national and international conferences, where I have addressed topics of current legal issues, public law, and the challenges of modern governance.

 

How have your studies at UAMD helped you in developing your career?

  • “Aleksandër Moisiu” University of Durrës has been and remains a fundamental pillar in my academic and professional formation. I am deeply proud that every achievement in my journey is accompanied by the conviction and pride of having studied at this university. My academic roots are closely linked to this institution, where I have acquired lasting knowledge thanks to the commitment and dedication of its excellent lecturers. If I were given the opportunity to go back in time, I would choose “Aleksandër Moisiu” University of Durrës again without any hesitation, as the place where I would build the foundations of my profession and passion for law and public service.

A message for current students and graduates who are considering continuing their studies at UAMD.

  • Since 2017, I have been continuously engaged in the Albanian public administration, performing duties in several key institutions of the state system. I started as a court bailiff, then as a lawyer at the State Cadastre Agency, while since December 2019, I have been exercising the function of an inspector at the tax administration. My experience has focused on the implementation of legislation, administrative procedures and strengthening legal governance in public practices. In parallel with my professional engagement, since 2019 I have been attached as an external lecturer at the Faculty of Political and Legal Sciences at the “Aleksandër Moisiu” University of Durrës, where I contribute to the teaching and academic training of students in legal subjects.
