On the dates May 12–16, 2025, two students of the third cycle of doctoral studies at the "Aleksandër Moisiu" University, Durrës, Megi Tirana and Elira Xhakollari, participated in the international activity Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) with a theme Strategic Career Planning in PhD Education, developed in Trollhättan, Sweden.
This activity was organized within the framework of STARS EU Alliance, and brought together 29 doctoral students from various European universities, partners of the alliance, including the Czech Republic, Albania, Spain, Poland, Sweden and the Netherlands.
The program focused on developing skills for strategic planning of doctoral students' academic and research careers, through interactive training sessions, international mentoring, and the exchange of inter-university good practices.
