APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN FOR ERASMUS + INTERNATIONAL CREDIT MOBILITY EXCHANGE SCHOLARSHIPS NË UNIVERSITETIN E JAEN-IT, SPANJË  FOR STAF AKADEMIK DHE ADMINISTRATIV

"Aleksandër Moisiu" University of Durrës, within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA1 program, offers academic and administrative staff the opportunity to conduct a week of training at the University of Jaen, Spain, during the international week 20-24 April 2026. (https://www.ujaen.es/en ).

The mobility consists of training for academic and administrative staff in English for one week (5 days) at the host university.

This mobility aims to train academic/administrative staff who are engaged in student mobility, the compatibility of study program curricula and the recognition of credits.

Number of quotas:

• 2 (TWO)

Faculties and fields as follows:

• Faculty of Business;
• Faculty of Education;
• Faculty of Professional Studies;
• Faculty of Political Sciences and Law;
• Faculty of Technology and Information.

Number of quotas:

• 1 (one)

The fields are as follows:

• Directorate of Projects and External Relations

Application deadline: February 15, 2026.

Depending on the number and quality of applications, the winners will be announced in collaboration with the host University.

Required documentation for academic/administrative staff to apply for mobility at the University of Jaen, Spain:

– CV according to Europass format in English;

– Proof of English language proficiency, level C1;

– Copy of passport.

The duration of stay must be 7 days, where 5 days are working days and two days are travel days.

For this stay, payment is made by the host university, in the amount of 160 Euros/day (which includes hotel and accommodation expenses), as well as round-trip travel, up to 360 Euros.
