As part of the DUALBA project, a study visit was held at AS-Fabrik Campus, Mondragon University, where partners from Albania, Serbia, Spain and Austria were introduced to the successful model of the Basque Region in dual education.
Aleksandër Moisiu University, Durrës was represented by the project team, with a focus on research, quality assurance and international cooperation.
The activity included valuable presentations, open discussions with students, faculty, and mentors, as well as exchanges of ideas on the challenges and opportunities of dual education.
The DUALBA project aims to improve the competences of graduates through the development of a dual education model and the legal and strategic framework that supports it. This model will be piloted in five Albanian universities, with the aim of increasing the employability of students, adapting them to market needs, and expanding access to education for students from low-income families.
