
Within the framework of the project "Blended Education in Western Balkan Universities"
Education in Western Balkans Universities (BEWBU)”, which is run by the University
"Aleksandër Moisiu" Durrës (UAMD), a visit was held on September 9–11, 2025
study at the University of West Sweden. The focus of this visit was oriented towards training
on blended education, as one of the most contemporary and
necessary in higher education.
At the opening of the program, UAMD representatives presented the progress of the project so far,
emphasizing that he has entered an important phase of two-month training, which
take place in physical and online formats, with the involvement of all international partners.
During this visit, the following were addressed:
-Blended learning design;
-Pedagogical models for blended education;
-Assessment in hybrid education;
-Best practices on blended learning policies in higher education in Sweden and
European Union;
-The use of Artificial Intelligence in education.
These trainings aim to bring the best experience of partner countries from the Union.
European Union in the field of blended learning, contributing to the modernization and growth of
the quality of teaching in universities.
Project BEWBU, part of the programs Erasmus +, aims to support, promote and
increase capacities in the application of blended education in Albania and the Balkan region
Western.
