IoT-ECO Summer Academy 14-18 July 2025 at UBT

The week-long Summer Academy 2025, organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ IoT-ECO
project, has been an inspiring platform for innovation, collaboration, dissemination, probation and
transformation!
Engaging lectures and discussions around the IoT-ECO project's framework have ignited fresh ideas
for green transformation, digital innovation, and system-of-systems thinking in education and
industry.
UAMD was represented by 3 academic staff and 5 students.
The lectures held by our lecturers were:
Manjola Zeneli :-Virtual prototype of the Port of Durrës and IoT integration in industry.
Frida Gjermeni :– The application of IoT in industry academy and more.
A major highlight: The productive roundtables especially the Round Table on Future Cooperation
held on July 17 at UBT Dukagjini Center brought together partners from across Europe and Western
Balkan to explore joint initiatives, share expertise, and build the framework by signing 7
