H.E. Mr. Tayyar Kağan Atay, Ambassador of Turkey to our country, held an open lecture at the UAMD premises in the presence of the Rector Prof. Dr. Shkëlqim Fortuzi, academic staff and students.
In his opening remarks, Rector Fortuzi praised the work of Ambassador Atay, his academic and professional preparation in international relations and diplomatic economics, and thanked His Excellency for the great assistance that Turkey provided to Durrës immediately after the devastating earthquake of 2019, as well as for the continuous support that Turkey has provided to Albania in many sectors of life and development in our country over the last three decades.
Ambassador Atay delivered a very comprehensive open lecture on Economic Diplomacy and Its Role in Bilateral Relations.
